Darren is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in finance and facilities. Over the past 20 years he's successfully managed the companies finances, raising millions, establishing key contacts within the industry and embarking on a personal and professional program of growth with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business program. Outside work, with a passion for fitness he's raced in marathons, triathlons and multi day bike races over mountains.

Senior Post Producer

Fiona has been part of the Post Production industry for over 30 years. She joined West Digital in May 2023 heading up the Production team. Fiona has never run a marathon and is unlikely to do so in the future.

Klaudia has built a career in post-production over the past five years, initially starting as a runner and later transitioning into post-producing. She has spent the last three years at West Digital, managing a variety of programmes. When she’s not at work she's a concert enthusiast and a proud cat mum. 

Head of Business Development

Starting out as a Production Manager and Producer, Kate has been working in the industry for 10 years. She took the position of Head of Sales and Account Management for a short film app and distribution company before joining the West Digital team in 2024. She's a quiz and game show enthusiast and over-watches Peep Show to the high heavens.

Dubbing Mixer

Daniel is a dubbing mixer with over five years of experience, specialising in short-form ads, long-form factual content, animation, and video games. He combines technical expertise with a creative approach to deliver high-quality audio for diverse projects. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys playing, writing, and mixing music.

Senior Editor, Motion graphics & Colourist

Djin has been part of the team since 2011, kicking things off as a corporate video editor before levelling up with motion graphics and colour grading skills. As the longest-standing (and only Dutch!) team member, he’s the go-to for creative expertise. When he’s not crafting visuals, he’s rocking out as a singer in a band and staying on his toes as a dad to twin girls.

Junior Colourist

Head of MCR

Currently serving as Head of MCR at West Digital, Max oversees the seamless operation of post-production workflows, including high-level finishing, technical troubleshooting, and file delivery for major projects. With a strong foundation in post-production and a passion for offline and online editing, VFX, and filming. Max love’s teaching and helping people shine by recognising their talents and helping them flourish. In his free time, he enjoys tinkering with tech or tackling DIY projects around the house, and when the weather is great you can find his outside in nature.

MCR Edit Assistant

Craig has now been working at West Digital for 3 Years, joining shortly after graduating from Falmouth University where he studied film. With a love for all things visual, Craig uses both his Professional and Personal life to help create meaningful projects. Outside of work Craig is interested in new tech and PC builds, but when he goes outside he gets involved with the local music scene.

MCR Edit Assistant

Kemarni has been part of the MCR Team at west digital for just over two years now. He has worked with the West Digital team during this time period to support editors working with the company to ensure each programme gets to air. Kemarni is also a big fan of video games and comic books. 

Archivist

Following a career of over 30 years as Content Producer of corporate films, Jane now specialises in archive film and picture research.  She is highly knowledgeable about copyright, content management systems and metadata enrichment. She enjoys French literature, visiting art galleries and walking in the Cotswolds.

Gerry is very experienced in the Digitisation and Preservation of legacy videotape media and has worked on many projects with over 35 years of experience in our industry. He was the Technical Director of InterVideo, London's longest established wholly independent broadcast facilities house before its closure in 2019.  He is known as the guy who’s knows and fixes things and is always willing to lend hand with new equipment installations as well as repairs. He’s a very skilled Wallpaper Hanger too.
